Taste the lot's lamb, the free-range pork and poultry from Mr Dale Julien in Mayrac, the duck from Mr Joyeux norbert, rocamadour cheese from the Michaubas farm in Meyronne and the goat cheese from the chapelle farm in St Sozy.
Our pastry chef will delight the sweet tooth with her classic iced walnut soufflé and other homemade pastries prepared using seasonal products.
